General Meeting the Special Resolution / Amalgamation Agreement PASSED

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

Dec 5, 2022

Be it resolved that Cliff Avenue United Football Club amalgamate with the Mountain United Football Club and Wesburn Youth Soccer Club in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Amalgamation Agreement.

PASSED

On Nov 4th Mountain United FC held an SGM, their membership voted to pass the same special resolution. We await the results of the Wesburn's SGM which is being held this week.

For the next few months there will be little visible change for Cliff Avenue United FC and our teams.

The registration process for our Spring Soccer season will be opening in January as usual. We will keep you informed on the amalgamation process as it progresses.
